At Justin Duance, we want you to cherish your handcrafted jewelry for a lifetime; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on non-bespoke items. Please note that custom-made pieces or items with personalized engravings are generally ineligible for refund unless found to be faulty.

Email our team within 30 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return or exchange your piece.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewelry back in its original presentation box and ensure it is securely packaged in a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Insured Shipping
Send the item back using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged before they reach our workshop.
Inspection and Processing
Once our craftsmen have inspected the item to ensure it is in its original, unworn condition, we will process your refund or initiate the exchange within 7-10 business days.
